All communication flows through the PM and he/she becomes a virtual extension of your operation. Your Program Manager provides detailed tracking and monitoring of the following:

The Program Manager is responsible for the interpretation of customer documentation during the initial project review, and then communicating this information to the engineering team for preparation of assembly procedures/manuals and the establishment of inspection and testing requirements, tracking job status, and resolving problems.

EMLinQ heads up its team with a PMP Certified Program Manager.
