Simi Valley- EMLinQ LLC is pleased to announce the purchase of dozens of new feeders and nozzles for its Hitachi G4/G5 and MYDATA 15 production lines. We have also upgraded our MY Series software and shared database programs. These additions will allow EMLinQ the ability to load extra feeders while other builds are running.

This increases our quick turn capabilities and lets us have carts prepared for easy switching of SMT programs. The extra nozzles purchased for the high-speed Hitachi G4/G5 line ensures that EMLinQ has the best LED pick up tools available for your lighting needs.

EMLinQ made sure to purchase extra feeders in the most popular tape and reel sizes to maximize the space available in each new cart. We can have your full program set to load into the SMT line before the previous build is finished! If you become one of EMLinQ’s valued customers, we will have designated feeders prepared for your production needs.
