We are aware of the conflict minerals reporting obligations legislated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. As a company that is not publicly listed, EMLinQ does not fall under these regulatory and reporting requirements. EMLinQ recognizes the importance of such legislation in order to help ensure that violence and human rights violations through the mining of certain minerals in central Africa are not supported in any way, shape or form.

EMLinQ is not a manufacturer of electronic parts, but simply an assembler of printed circuit boards, strictly following the Bill of Material and/or AVL supplied to us. As a result, it is very difficult for us to provide accurate information relating to the use of conflict minerals in the products we assemble. The actual manufacturers of the electronic components are the only reliable source of accurate information in this regard.

We are working closely with the distributors of electronic components, from whom we buy our electronic parts, to provide as much accurate and timely information as possible to our customers. Please rest assured that EMLinQ fully understands the importance of this issue to you as our partners.
