LED Placement Capability Expanded at EMLinQ

Simi Valley- EMLinQ LLC continues to stay on the forefront of LED placement technology with the purchase of a modified Yamaha Σ-G5S Surface Mounter that is capable of populating boards as long as 48 inches. To accompany this specialized piece of equipment, we have paired the SMT machine with a Manncorp MC1200 Large Board Stencil Printer. This combination allows EMLinQ to fulfill its customers’ needs for long format PCBAs, which is ideal for LEDs, multi-panel assemblies, and other large board requirements for all industries.

EMLinQ currently places over 3 million various model LEDs per month on its high-speed SMT lines. We have invested in dozens of nozzles to ensure the perfect placement of LEDs, from the most commonly used to fine-pitched emitters that require specific application processes.
