Simi Valley- EMLinQ LLC has begun preparing for 2016 with the set up of a new cutting- edge SMT line. We are proud to announce the addition of our second Yamaha/Hitachi Σ-G5S machine.
This new line will mimic our lightning-fast Hitachi G4/G5 line that has been running at EMLinQ since 2013. The Yamaha/Hitachi G5S Surface Mounter has a rated speed of 75,000 placements per hour with unrivaled precision, and minimal component fallout. EMLinQ has chosen to pair its powerful Σ-G5S with a new EKRA SERIO 4000 Screen Printer to ensure the highest throughput and the best quality.
